pk356 Platform Usage Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk356 through any device — mobile browser, desktop browser or the pk356 Android app — and by creating an account on this platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use pk356 services.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you (the player) and pk356. They apply to all aspects of your use of the platform including account registration, deposits, sports betting on cricket and other sports, slot games, bingo, live casino, bonus participation, withdrawals and any communication with pk356 support.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pk356. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are participating voluntarily as an adult making your own entertainment choices.

pk356 may at any time request documentation to verify your age. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. If you cannot provide satisfactory age verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pk356 complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk356 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in all locations. If you are uncertain, seek independent legal advice before using the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on pk356. Creating additional accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address or a different device — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts created for any reason, including attempting to claim a bonus more than once or circumventing account restrictions, will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and your preferred payment method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure without return of any deposited funds.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — your username and password — confidential. Do not share these with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pk356 support immediately. pk356 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has not exercised reasonable care with their login details.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pk356 account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices where your credentials could be stored.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pk356 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform at the time of deposit. The available methods may change periodically.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third-party source, pk356 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. pk356 does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk356 account are processed in PKR to the payment method you specify. Available withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name used when registering your pk356 account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pk356 may request identity verification documents. This is standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment account you are withdrawing to. Providing these promptly avoids delays.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Raast transfers may be near-instant once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. These are typical timeframes and not guarantees — processing may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is needed.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and approved.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• pk356 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk356 — including cricket betting on PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs, football matches, esports and any other markets — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event as applied by pk356. By placing a bet you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules for that market.

Bets are final once confirmed. pk356 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform, except in cases where pk356 determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or obvious pricing error. In such cases pk356 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.

pk356 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close betting markets at any time without prior notice — for example during live events where market integrity cannot be ensured. If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, applicable void or settlement rules for that market will apply as stated in the individual event rules.

• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event — these are displayed before bet confirmation.
• Bets placed after an event has started but before in-play markets open will be voided.
• pk356 may limit stake amounts for individual players at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors or system faults constitutes a breach of these terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk356 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or markets, wagering requirements and expiry dates — which are stated in the promotion details at the time the offer is made.

Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in eligible bets before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are withdrawable.

Bonuses are issued for personal use by the registered account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or shared. pk356 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including by creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

8 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use pk356 in good faith and in a manner consistent with fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with pk356 in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing pk356 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to launder money or use pk356 for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

pk356 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, pk356 may immediately suspend the account, void relevant bets, withhold withdrawals and permanently close the account without obligation to return deposited funds where those funds are associated with prohibited activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk356 takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, and not something that negatively affects your daily life, relationships or finances. If gaming stops being enjoyable, that is a signal to take a break.

pk356 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits to keep spending within your budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent break from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration chosen.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing in the current session.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pk356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, pk356 staff or the integrity of the platform.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting pk356 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities that arose before the closure date.

11 Limitation of Liability

pk356 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, pk356 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues or events outside pk356's reasonable control.

pk356's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pk356 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

You accept that betting and gaming involve risk and that the outcome of any bet or game is uncertain. Losses incurred through normal platform use — including cricket bets that do not win, slot sessions that end without a return, or bingo games where you do not hold a winning card — are not compensable under these terms.

12 Privacy & Data

pk356 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, payment information and account activity data.

pk356 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used to operate your account, process payments and withdrawals, comply with verification requirements and improve platform services. 13 Changes to These Terms

pk356 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk356 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and may notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pk356 after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
